Our Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding the terms and conditions for requesting refunds. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we strive to make your experience with The Flash IPTV as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

HOW TO MAKE REQUEST FOR REFUND?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or encounter an issue we are unable to resolve, making the system unusable, we are more than willing to provide a refund. Follow these steps to request a refund:

  • Make a note of your transaction order ID.
  • Send an email with the subject line "Request and Refund." to contact@theflashiptv.com .
  • In your email, describe the issues you are facing and the reasons for your refund request.
  • In certain cases, you may be required to provide supporting evidence. We will also provide you with any necessary evidence to clarify our point of view and decision in detail for transparency.

CONDITIONS:

Please acknowledge and accept the following conditions related to refunds:

  1. We can't provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately attempt to solve them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, a refund will be issued.

  2. Refunds can only be issued within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours, no refunds can be processed.

  3. For credit card payments, refunds are generally processed, and funds returned to the customer's bank account within 20 to 31 working days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these time frames and delays as we are the IPTV service provider, not the payment provider.

  4. Complete refunds will only be issued for purchases made within the last 72 hours. All other refund requests will be processed partially based on the used period of the subscription.

  5. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS:

We will not issue refunds or make partial refunds in the following situations:

  1. User Setup Issues: If the user is unable to set up their own box and system, we will provide support to set up boxes, devices, apps, and systems according to pre-defined steps. Our support is limited to these steps.

  2. Channel Performance: In cases where channels are freezing, buffering, or occasionally not working, our expert engineers are continuously working to address these issues. Temporary disruptions may occur due to various reasons, including customer internet fluctuations, issues with the customer's setup, ISP problems, server downtime, or customer preference changes.

Special Consideration:

In instances where a user cannot access their IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours or more due to server issues or other problems caused by us, we will either completely refund the package price or add the lost time on top of the subscription for free. Additionally, we can negotiate extra bonuses to ensure your satisfaction.
